House rules Apartments Waterland
1.1 On the day of arrival, you can check in from 12:00 to 20:00.
1.2 On the day of departure, you can check out until 10:00
1.3 It is only possible to deviate from this in consultation.
1.4 The apartments are suitable for max. 2 persons. It is not allowed to stay here with more persons.
1.5 No refund will be made in case of early departure.
1.6 If items are missing or damaged on arrival, you must report this to the owner (s) / manager.
1.7 Smoking and burning candles is not allowed in the entire house.
1.8 It is forbidden to consume, use, trade or carry narcotics.
1.9 Noise nuisance, especially between 22:00 and 07:00 and Sunday all day, must be avoided. Please consider our neighbors and other guests.
2.0 Radios, televisions, and other sound sources must not be a nuisance to others.
2.2 Party’s /gatherings are not Allowed
2.2 Guests can park the car in the parking spaces in front of the door in accordance with local traffic regulations. Parking is at your own risk.
2.3 The accommodation must be in a clean condition upon departure.
2.4 Pets are not allowed.
